COVID 19 (Coronavirus) Update

Notice to Our Valued Clients:

The health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priority during these uncertain times. Everyone is pulling together to take care of our clients and each other.

We wanted to let you know that our firm is operating – with all staff currently working from home.

Our firm is complying with latest restrictions and recommendations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and the current Stay-at-Home order from Governor Lujan-Grisham. As such, we are making some minor changes to our current day to day operations.

Our full staff is available to take calls and continue to move client cases forward to the best of our ability, and the limitations at hand.

Attorney, Brady Pofahl, is also still available for all regular business by phone, email, FaceTime, Skype and any other means necessary.

We are doing consults, intakes, case management, settlement discussions, and telephonic hearings.

The firm is fortunate to be in a position to adapt it’s equipment and operations overnight so that employees can work from home and impact to clients is minimized. Court filings are done electronically, just as before.

Currently, we are not able to take any in-person meetings. Special arrangements will be made for any signatures that are needed and delivery of original documents to ensure safety and social distancing.

Clients whose medical appointments are cancelled due to COVID-19 are urged to request a written cancellation from their providers and to make their own legible notes of the date and time of the call, name of person you spoke to, and which provider they are with, what they said about your appointment, and any instructions given for your care or follow up.

We value you and your business and will continue to work just as hard for you as we ever have, and are committed to providing the same high standard of excellence that you’ve come to expect from the Pofahl Law Firm.

For any questions, please call our office directly at (505) 266-3434.
